While installation of Oracle 9i (9.2.0.4) under the Redhat 9 I got an error like following:
Error: You do not have sufficient PRivileges to write to the specified path. in compnonent Database Configuration Assistant 9.2.0.1.0. Installation cannot continue for this component. O Stop installation of all prodUCts O Stop installation of this component only
Solution for the Error is as follows:
You need to fix the environmentral varialbe for the 'Oracle' users Or the user that you have created to install the oracle software.
