1、Eclipse SVN插件安装地址

https://dl.bintray.com/subclipse/releases/subclipse/latest/

2、设置Eclipse默认编码格式为UTF-8

Window->Pereferences->General->Workspace 在’Text file encoding’中，选择utf-8
