长期以来，我们习惯使用myeclipse开发J2EE web程序。虽然myeclipse使用起来很方便，但它是收费的。
eclipse for j2ee 是免费的，并且足以保证我们平时的j2ee的开发，故推荐使用该版本的IDE.

打开eclipse, File>New>Dynamic Web PRoject, 新建一个动态Web项目，项目名自拟，如下所示：
在WebContent目录下新建index.jsp

启动已配置好的Tomcat：
在浏览器里输入网址：http://localhost:8080/WebHelloWorld_Eclipse_JavaEE/index.jsp，得到返回结果。
